Cleartrip listed a pool and morning breakfast, but the hotel staff didn’t even know about those facilities. When I asked management to change my room, they first said they would, then claimed there was no availability and treated us rudely. The room itself wasn’t what the misleading booking photos had shown. Its noisy window AC blew cold air straight at the bed all night. The bathroom was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked even a basic health faucet. I also found a nosepin in the bed, which made it seem the sheet hadn’t been changed in a long time. The stay caused a lot of discomfort and stress for my family and me. This was unprofessional and unhygienic, and I’d urge others not to book. Cleartrip should consider blacklisting the hotel to protect future customers.

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities. It’s in a prime location, and the staff were good to deal with.

The taps were broken, the WC was dirty, and paint was coming off the walls. The towel in my room had already been used, so I asked for a fresh one. The hotel also wouldn’t take cards, saying it was to save taxes, and told me to get cash from an ATM. I was only stopping in Delhi for one night on my way overseas, but after seeing the place I decided not to sleep there or bother making a complaint. I stayed with a friend instead, showered at the hotel the next day, met my college friend, then left for the airport to catch my flight to Nz. If you only need a few hours, it might do; otherwise, there are plenty of nicer hotels in the same price range. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t suggest it for a family.
