My room had no lock on the outside. When I complained, the staff said that's what you get for booking online at a cheap price, and that I could leave if I wanted. They put us in their worst room, full of used sheets, cigarettes, and condoms, then said online bookings couldn't be refunded. Absolutely pathetic. Don't trust the fake positive reviews they post themselves.
The hotel is in very bad condition. There's no locker, wardrobe, or lift, nothing. I wouldn't recommend going there with family.
The OYO app listed AC under the amenities, but after checking in I found all the rooms were non-AC. That felt like a bait and switch, so I canceled all five rooms on the spot. A terrible experience.
For a budget price, getting an air-conditioned room and complimentary breakfast was more than I could ask for. I'd have given five stars if the pillows or sheets didn't have permanent marks.
Booking OYO 26930 Suraj Legacy was a waste of my time and money. The rooms and bathrooms weren't clean, and I had a bad stay at Suraj legacy. I don't think this place deserves even one star. Please check the ratings carefully before booking through OYO.
