The place felt unsafe to me at first, and I had a hard time getting a useful response from senior management after raising several complaints over a few hours. I asked for a resolution, including a refund, but only part of the issue was addressed. They also wanted ₹500 for early check-in even though a room was available. The hotel’s real condition didn’t line up with its online presentation. The interiors, walls, and general upkeep need serious work, and hygiene concerns made the stay uncomfortable. A lift was listed among the facilities when I booked, but there wasn’t one. I hope management improves its transparency, cleanliness, and service. For now, check every detail carefully before booking.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or women travelling alone. The receptionist seemed drunk around 4 PM, and the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol. A lot of the people there also appeared intoxicated, or seemed to be couples meeting up. I booked two nights through Agoda after seeing a room and amenities that looked good online. What I found at arrival was very different. The room and bathroom were filthy. The bed had stains that looked like sperm and vaginal discharge, and the pillow and bedsheet they brought after I asked for replacements had similar stains. Breakfast was included in my tariff, but I never got any. Each time I asked, they repeated, “Is breakfast included in your tariff?” and then didn’t follow up. It was a terrible stay. The hotel itself is one issue, but I’d also advise people to avoid booking hotels through Agoda.

Really bad stay. The room smelled, the floor and wash basin were dirty, water came irregularly, and they didn’t change the linens regularly. There wasn’t even a remote for the air conditioner. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you just need a room for 2-3 hours for the usual OYO purpose.

The staff were slow and not very helpful when I raised problems, and the basic facilities weren’t up to standard. My room wasn’t properly cleaned, while maintenance throughout Super Hotel O Dwarka Metro seemed poor. The stay was uncomfortable and far below what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve the cleanliness, service, and facilities.
