We had repeated trouble with the AC shutting off, and it ruined our stay. Each time we complained, we got the same explanation: there was an electricity outage and the AC wasn’t inverter compatible. That didn’t add up when the hotel had power throughout and nearby hotels had no such problem. The receptionist was careless and uninterested in helping. At checkout, he ignored our calls on the landline about the AC, so we had to go downstairs to get his attention. Room service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The experience at Crown Plaza Hotel was a letdown, with bad management and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There are only stairs, the sheets were filthy and they never changed them. They kept switching off the AC, so we had to call them to turn it back on, again and again. It ruined our sleep. The hotel was awful.

They added extra charges at checkout under the name of GST, after we’d already agreed on the room rate. The room lock didn’t work, there was no geyser, and the hotel and service were awful.

The rate was affordable, but the staff weren’t good and the cleaning people never came. The bedsheets and bath towels were poor, and electricity was unavailable at random times.

The toilet and bed were dirty, the sheets weren’t clean, and there were lots of cockroaches. When staff came, they didn’t respond properly. This is a very, very bad hotel. Please don’t come here for any reason.
