The AC was nothing but a wall decoration, since it didn't cool at all. The fan sounded like a jet engine and made sleep impossible. Only one of the lights worked, leaving the room dim, and I couldn't find a working plug to charge my phone. They didn't even provide the complimentary bottle of water. As for the room, it seemed not to have been cleaned in ages. Dust and dirt covered the TV stand, sofa, and floor, and the bedsheet had dirt and someone else's hair on it. I booked an attached washroom but was given an outside one instead. It was filthy and unusable, and management demanded more money for the room I had already paid for. The hotel was hard to find because Google Maps showed a deliberately wrong location, apparently to trick people into booking an area different from where it is. This stay was a survival challenge and an absolute nightmare. The management are scammers who took my money and gave me a dumpster to sleep in. Save your money, health, and sanity, and stay elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague.
