The staff were quick to help and genuinely friendly. I asked about checking out late and they agreed, which felt like real hospitality. The room had a great feel, with appealing decor and plenty of space. I just wish I could have stayed longer, but work called me back.

Hotel Aura was easy to get around from, with transport and nearby attractions close at hand. I found the room spacious, clean, and fitted with modern amenities. The staff made the stay, though: from arrival onward they were welcoming and did more than expected to keep me comfortable. I had a fantastic time and would recommend Hotel Aura to anyone after an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

The receptionist helped me work out a quick visit to a few historical sites before my flight to Leh. I was traveling alone and only stopping in Delhi between flights, so I wanted an affordable room where I could sleep. After reading so many negative Agoda reviews about Delhi hotels, I was nervous, but this place came through. The staff were kind, the service was good, and the stay felt homely. I'd book here again next time.

Max hospital is right across from the property, and City walk mall is only a short walk away. I was there for a couple of days last week and found the location great. The stay was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I was quite happy with it.
