The wardrobe was dirty and its doors were broken. Water came very slowly, so filling a bucket took 15 minutes. The bath soap was so tiny it could disappear if you dropped it. There was no lift or room service, and maintenance was poor.

I booked through agoda and was told I could check in at 10 am, but I couldn't find the hotel when I got to the location. When I called, they said no room was available and I would have to wait. It was a really bad experience, and I didn't expect this from either the app or the hotel. After I complained through the app, they understood, refunded me, and gave me a coupon as a nice gesture.

Once we arrived, we felt relaxed and comfortable, even though we had been quite afraid to travel. They had taken care of the safety measures, and everything was hygienic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too, and the hospitality was at its best.

The room smelled bad, and the washroom is better left unmentioned. This is the worst hotel I've experienced. It's not good, and the price is far too high for what you get.

The staff were flexible and responsive to what I needed during my recent stay. We had a wonderful time here.
