Hotel Aeropath

The property was well maintained and hygienic. Staff were trained and polite in all their interactions, and I appreciate the effort they put into making guests happy. If you’re looking for a clean, hygienic hotel during this pandemic, I’d recommend staying here. Thanks again to the front desk staff.

The rooms were clean, but very small, and the windows opened onto a narrow passage. There’s no free breakfast, and food can only be ordered at specific times. Toothpaste wasn’t provided among the toiletries, but they made it available for a charge. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The room wasn’t clean, the taps and hand shower were leaking, and the receptionist was rude. The staff didn’t seem well trained, and the bathroom facilities weren’t adequate for the room rate. I arrived to check out at 11 p.m., just 10 minutes late, and the receptionist was shouting at me.

The pillow covers were torn and there were stains on the mattress. We also got no drinking water, and nobody cleaned our rooms during the two days we stayed. Mobile reception was extremely poor, and room service was pathetic. We’d booked two rooms from Mumbai after seeing the good reviews and photos, but the service was awful. Breakfast had been discussed as complimentary when we booked. When we asked about it, we were told to pay another 200. We were willing to pay, but they didn’t seem to care or provide breakfast, so we ate outside instead. Since my husband’s flight was at 4 a.m. and I didn’t want to take an Ola or Uber as a woman, we booked the hotel taxi. They charged 500 for a three-kilometer ride, plus parking, which I had to pay separately. If you’re considering staying in Aeropath, check the rooms in person. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
