My parents had a horrible stay. The room was dirty, full of cockroaches, and the bedsheets stayed unclean even after we asked several times to have them changed. The manager was rude. They also didn't give me an official receipt for the full amount they charged. I'd paid in advance for the room and breakfast, but when my parents arrived, staff demanded another Rs 1000 before allowing check-in. After a lot of waiting and arguing, the manager agreed to take Rs 500 extra on top of what I'd already paid. They still didn't provide the pre-booked breakfast. Advertising on booking sites and then charging more than the quoted price is cheating, plain and simple.

The rooms are a good size, with windows and a balcony, which is rare in Delhi. We stayed three nights and liked the property. Cleanliness still needs some work, so I'm taking off a star, but when we raised issues, the owner and staff responded and acted quickly. I'd suggest staying here and ask the owner to keep an eye on the cleaning.

Just a normal budget hotel. The room refrigerator was a plus, and service was nice, but cleanliness could be a lot better. Breakfast was a letdown because the food was stale. For a place in a prime South Delhi location, I didn't expect that. It's easy to reach if you've got maps on your phone.

The location was the only good thing. The receptionist was rude, and my first room was filthy, with chewing gum stuck on the stb and tissues stuffed into the light sockets. He refused to change it at first, but after a lot of pleading he moved me to another room. That one wasn't good either: lipstick marks on the curtains, a broken tap and geyser, and a strong smell. A terrible experience.

The area was peaceful and the location was good, with parking available. But the rooms were small and untidy for what they charge. The washroom was tiny, its fittings needed repair for a long time, and the air conditioning was noisy and also needed fixing. The owners really need to pay more attention to cleanliness. I'd give it 3/5.
