My four days at Hotel Southern were very comfortable, with excellent hospitality and helpful staff. I'd recommend Southern Regency to families looking for comfortable rooms on a budget. You can choose it directly, or opt for the nearby Hotel Southern if you'd like a small upgrade. When my Indigo flight was cancelled, I contacted Hotel Southern again and they arranged Southern Regency for me. I was very happy with how they handled it and would choose this hotel again next time.

The rooms are clean, but they're too small, and the bathrooms are cramped too. The staff were rude and not very helpful, and they made promises they couldn't keep. They didn't even provide a basic bottle of water.

The rooms and washroom were neat and clean, and the restaurant food was nice. The receptionist was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience, with lovely service.

The metro is just five minutes from the hotel, so getting around is easy. I stayed with a family member; the room was a little small but had all the amenities, and the staff service was impeccable. The food was great too. I'd recommend this hotel for a smooth and safe stay in Karol Bagh.

The food was really tasty, especially the South Indian dishes. I stayed for three days and had a pleasant time. The staff were cordial and the service was great, with Mr. Shirendra Singh being especially warm and welcoming. Thank you.
