The free pickup wasn't available when I landed at Delhi's secondary airport, and this limitation hadn't been mentioned anywhere. The property offered a complimentary ride to the railway station when I left to make up for it, which seemed acceptable overall. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the value was great. The restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. There's also an on-site travel agency, but I didn't use it.

The service is the strongest part here. Staff were helpful and forthcoming, sorting out a cheap SIM card, exchanging money at a very good rate, helping us bargain and find drivers, and answering questions or problems whenever we went to the lobby. The rooms were decent and clean. There was some wear around the bathroom corners, but nothing that worried us, especially at this price, not 200€ a night. The hotel is by a big, very loud street, though that meant we didn't need to walk down shady side roads. Our rooms faced the street, and we could hear the noise, but the AC was louder. The location works well for markets and sights like the Red Fort. Traffic is really bad, but TukTuks work. Traveling in India takes expectation management. For 25-50€ a night, I'd recommend this as one of the best options in Delhi.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely done, and breakfast had a pretty decent spread of delicious Indian and continental food. The area is crowded and noisy, so make sure you're comfortable with the location before booking. It's also fairly close to places like CP and India Gate. If you're driving, be aware there's no private parking. You park on the pavement, which they seem to have 'paid' for, and we all know what that means. The car does stay safe there, but I'm not a fan of the arrangement. I called before booking and they said they had parking, so I was kind of appalled to find the parking space was actually the pavement.

The hotel has nice staff, and the people there were very helpful. It's about a 30-minute walk from the Airport Express metro and easy to reach from other tourist attractions. The area may feel uncomfortable if you're used to Western standards. Step outside and it's tense, packed with rickshaws and dirt. We liked that to some extent as part of the experience, but I thought it was important to mention so visitors aren't shocked. I'd still recommend the place if you're already used to Delhi's vibe.
