The location on a busy main road was the one thing we liked. Inside, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived: the sheets and blanket were dirty, used soap was left behind, and there was a bucket full of rubbish. The toilet hadn't even been flushed. We got no towels, welcome kit, or water. There was also birthday decor for someone else, and we were told to leave it alone because a couple would arrive in a day or two. Mohit handles housekeeping. The receptionist wasn't much help, and the food menu seemed a bit pricey.

Please save your money and avoid this place. The washrooms were awful, the bedroom smelled, and hygiene was poor enough that they were using bedsheets that had already been used. I wouldn't call it a hotel.

The staff were the best part for me. Both reception and hotel staff were gentle and handled my booking well. They even invited me to see the room before checking in, which some hotels don't do. I also asked whether I could park my bike, and they said yes. When I took it back, the guard asked for money for looking after it, but said parking was free and I could pay if I wished. I gave him Rs 20 for the extra care. I booked through OYO last month. The hotel is in a good spot near Jahangir metro station, and the rooms were nice and clean. There are a few things to fix: the bathroom is very small, its exhaust fan didn't work, there's no chair or table for eating, and no landline to call reception, so you need to use your own phone for service. There's a good food restaurant nearby, though it's a little costly. The metro is close, bike parking is available, and the staff were pleasant.

OYO's photos look like they were taken when the hotel first opened, and I found it misleading that customers can't upload their own pictures. The maintenance is very poor and it doesn't seem to be sanitized regularly. I relied on the reviews when planning my stay, but I believe the existing ones are fake. Given the price, I'd strongly advise people, especially families, not to choose this place.
