OYO 14231 Santosh Residency

We had booked two rooms for six people, but were told to wait outside on the road because of a mismatch between the online tariff and their price. The owner and staff shouted at us, and the owner was hostile and aggressive. They wouldn't even let us wait in the waiting area or give us a glass of water. It couldn't have been worse. Very disappointed.

They made us wait an hour, demanded more money, and then refused to let us stay. The staff were arrogant, and the owner seemed greedy and just as arrogant. He blamed OYO and told us to discuss the room charges with them. Pathetic people.

They wouldn't let my senior citizen parents stay, even though I had booked for them through OYO five days ahead, received confirmation messages twice, and called twice to confirm. When they arrived at 10 PM in Delhi's cold weather, the hotel said it couldn't give them rooms at such a discounted price. They later put them in a very shady hotel that wasn't even half worth what we'd paid, and gave no compensation. I wouldn't recommend this, especially for families. The booking was unreliable and unprofessional. Consider Make my trip or yatra for more reliable advance bookings instead of OYO.

We booked two rooms with breakfast for five people through Oyo, but got rooms without locks and no breakfast. The owner told us to trust them that nothing would go missing, but privacy matters. Hot water was delayed, and we waited five hours for towels. They said the towels were in the laundry, then handed us wet ones. Worst stay ever. If I could rate below one, I'd give them minus a hundred, maybe minus infinity. 😡😡😡
