I've been coming back to Hotel Oak Tree for four years, and the experience has stayed consistent. The staff are polite, the rooms are clean, check-in and checkout are quick, and the main room amenities all work well, though a few smaller ones need attention. There's no parking, which is a hassle if you're driving. Still, a solid stay each time, especially for the service and cleanliness.
Once you find the place by using the map, the rooms and service are good. The problem is explaining the location to a cab or auto. It's on the main road, but the area seems to have no name, and even the hotel staff don't know what it's called, so getting here is difficult.
It's near palam metro station, but parking your vehicle is very difficult. The rooms are small, and the damp smell is irritating.
Even though I've stayed here from time to time, the man at reception still doesn't know how to speak to guests. His behavior was rude and arrogant, and I'm very disappointed. I won't come back.
The rooms were clean, but the hotel is hard to find and there's no parking. I'd call the stay average or below average.
