Airport Princess By OYO Rooms

We paid for a full day but had to check out within a few hours. The experience was horrible, and it was deeply unfortunate. The premises were awful. The staff were literally rowdy's, and they were literally maintaining a brothel house. Even beggers would hate to stay there. Please don't choose this place, especially if you're with family. I made that mistake. I'll never choose OYO again. Thanks.

Finding the hotel was already difficult because it’s tucked away in a deep location. When I arrived, I was given a key to a room that had clearly been used, then moved to another room on the fourth floor with no lift. I was exhausted by then, and the room still didn’t match what I expected from the pictures. The walls were poorly finished, the bathroom was awful and unhygienic, and the bedsheet had lots of spots. There was tea on the floor, too. When I called reception for an OYO kit and a towel, someone came in, tossed the OYO pack into the room, and left. I checked out after half an hour. It was a terrible stay. I don’t understand how OYO partners with hotels like this.

They seemed surprised that I’d booked the room for only 7 USD, and the stay was a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. A friend’s advice now seems sensible: go to a hotel in the area and book only after seeing it in person. I didn’t expect to find a place like this in New Delhi so close to IGI. #Badexperience #letsguide

The area around the hotel isn’t very developed, and the toilet wasn’t clean. The staff were good and the room was okay, though the electricity board was damaged. For a low budget, I’d call it acceptable.
