The food was a highlight, fresh and tasty with plenty of variety, and there was ample parking for guests arriving by car. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and feels very family-friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. A special thanks to Manoj, the owner, who personally made sure guests were comfortable and looked after. His friendly manner and attention to detail stood out. The staff's excellent service and warm hospitality made the stay memorable. I'd recommend Evergreen Holiday Mahabaleshwar for a comfortable, enjoyable family visit.

The balcony view is the real highlight here, breathtaking. The food was mouthwatering too, making it a lovely place to stay. We only came for one night and got a free upgrade to a balcony room. The owner was kind and humble, and the friendly captains were always smiling and went out of their way to get things done.

Evergreen Holidays was very clean and well kept, with delicious food. The owner and staff were polite, familiar and helpful, and the service left us really satisfied. The location is good, too. I'd recommend this property to families. Thank you so much 🤗❤️🙏🏻

The room was large, but that's about the only positive. Parking isn't within the premises, and there's no space to walk or sit around the hotel. The room had tiny insects and a constant foul smell, and cleanliness was terrible. At first neither the TV nor fan worked, and the food was below average. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
