Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer

As Wyndham South Pacific Club 100 owners, this was our first visit to Ajimer, and we had a chance to stay at this property. I’m sharing this as a professional review, not a personal one. The hotel is beautiful and in a good location, but it needs substantial maintenance and better hospitality service. Our room was spacious, though it smelled musty and needed renovation. The stay and service felt like a matter of luck. We had difficulty getting coffee with alternative milk because nobody seemed to know how to arrange it. The reception team wasn’t welcoming or professional, and staff often didn’t know basic things about the property. As New Zealanders, we were charged the regular prices for the same food and service. We say there’s no racism, but this felt like a clear example. I recommend Wyndham regularly inspect and audit its properties and management, including associated hotel and resort chains we’ve visited in India and across Asia. Our wedding at Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer went beautifully, and the whole day became a memorable one. The venue was roomy and attractive, and it worked really well for the functions. The team handled the arrangements and decorations with care, and their attentive, professional support kept things running smoothly through every ceremony. Our families could enjoy the celebrations without worrying about details. Guests loved the food, and several relatives went out of their way to praise the service and arrangements. Thanks to everyone at Ramada Ajmer for making our special day so memorable. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or another special event in Ajmer.

We reserved Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer for a friend’s wedding on 18-19 February 2026. The event ran smoothly thanks to the staff’s coordination and helpful, polite manner, and everyone enjoyed the function. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, while the property was luxurious and nicely maintained. We also thought the food was excellent. I’d gladly recommend the place for an event, wedding, or stay. If you’re planning something special, visit Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer at least once.

The food was only average, and for the price I don’t think the rooms or service were worth it. We booked two rooms for two days, but the hotel felt old and badly maintained, and staff didn’t seem focused on guest satisfaction. Some behavior came across as unprofessional, and it felt like extra charges mattered more than good service. We were first given two rooms with serious AC problems. One unit didn’t work, and the blower in the other made a loud machine-like noise. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Night staff and housekeeping weren’t helpful either. It was a thoroughly disappointing stay and poor value for money. I’d look for another option. Rating: 1 / 5
