Getting to Dal Lake was easy, just a 5-minute walk from Blooming Dale, so we could head out and explore whenever we wanted. We stayed with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The stay was budget-friendly too. Good accommodation and delicious meals at reasonable prices are hard to find. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, affordable Srinagar stay near the lake, whether you’re with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

Waking up to the serene lake view was a lovely part of the stay. Bloomingdale Hotel is close to Dal Lake, with one of Kashmir's most iconic landmarks right nearby. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully arranged, with everything in place and ready. We spent four days here with family, and the warm welcome made us feel at home from the start. Firdous Sir and Caretaker Uncle deserve a special mention for going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended for a family trip to Kashmir!

The garden was a real highlight, full of flowers and surrounded by greenery. My room had a lovely balcony where I’d sit with tea each morning, enjoying the quiet and the views. It felt peaceful despite being in the city, and the place is a short walk from dal lake gate no 2. ATMs and restaurents are nearby. The cook, (Mir), made every meal fresh, with less oil and an authentic Kashmiri flavor. It all felt home-cooked and made with care. The owner uncle took us around the garden and picked cherries from his trees himself, then washed them and gave them to us. He was genuinely kind and treated us like close family. His warmth stood out from check-in to checkout. I visited Hotel Blooming Dale with my family. It’s a private property, beautiful and wonderfully quiet. A charming place for some peace, lovely surroundings, and great food in Srinagar. Blooming Dale feels like a peaceful retreat!! 💐

Mir Bhai’s paranthas were delicious, and the team treated us with real warmth and care. The green lawn added a refreshing touch to the surroundings, and the spacious, airy rooms were spotless. The location is excellent, close to Dal Lake and easy to reach. We felt right at home during our stay and will truly miss the place. Highly recommended! 🌿❤️

Tourism in Kashmir has been low this year, 2025, for no good reason. My stay at Bloomingdale's was very pleasant and felt safe. I’d encourage anyone thinking of visiting the vale of Kashmir to go.
