Manager Sahil was the part of our stay that stood out most. He was warm, humble, and attentive, handled every detail, and was always ready to help with a smile. His care made us feel at home and genuinely welcome. Imperial Lake View in Srinagar had a peaceful, elegant feel and beautiful surroundings. The food was fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared, and every meal exceeded what I expected. It was a memorable stay, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

At imperial hotel Lake view, the standout for me was the service from sahil sb. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, and there was Wi-Fi too. Thankyou imperial, I loved the stay.

The night manager handled everything we asked for promptly, even at night, and kept the service up to the mark. A really good stay. One of the best properties around boulevard nehru park, and worth a visit to experience the staff's service.
