The owner was very helpful, even booking our tickets and going through all the details with us. I really appreciate how much assistance they gave. The staff were friendly and kind, and the owner had a sweet, helpful manner. Everyone at the hotel was good natured. May Allah always keep them just as they are. I'd definitely recommend visiting this place at least once.

The rooms stayed clean and comfortable during our five days, and the food felt lovingly prepared. More than anything, the staff made the place feel like home: they were cheerful, looked after us like family, and made sure we felt safe and happy. We're leaving with lovely memories and full hearts. A stay we'll remember for a long time ❤️

Zakir and Adil looked after everything during our stay and were consistently warm and welcoming. Their meals were delicious. Ash Vale had spacious, clean rooms with the amenities we needed, and the food selection covered lots of cuisines. They were also happy to make dishes the way we liked. It's a comfortable, relaxing place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

The food was delicious and hygienic, and the arrangements in Guruz Valley were nice as well. My first visit with Ash vale will stay memorable for a lifetime. The staff and owner were outstanding in their service and behaviour, reflecting the rich culture of Kashmir valley. I'd definitely suggest Ash Vale for a happy, satisfying trip.
