We paid for breakfast with the reservation, then the staff kept calling after we left and saying we'd gone without paying. The food was half cooked, and the tea had so much sugar it tasted like poison. Getting into the hotel was a hassle too: there were no signs, and we had to call about 7-8 times before anyone opened the door, even though we'd told them we'd arrive around 4 am. The sheets had oil stains and were dirty, the rooms were dirty, and the washrooms stank like they had never been cleaned. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay with those crooks.

The service was poor, and the sheets were unclean, with lipstick and what looked like blood on them. The room smelled like a toilet on a hot afternoon. Breakfast was advertised as complimentary, but the manager called us 10-15 times the next day to say we owed more money, even though no bill had been presented when we left. The breakfast might have been worth 100 rupees, and they were harassing guests over their own negligence. I suspect many of the 4-5 star ratings are fake. Other verified guests have described poor experiences, and I wish I'd checked those more carefully before booking.

OYO showed the room at 714rs per night, but the receptionist wanted 1200rs per night and wouldn't accept my OYO booking. Completely intolerable.

The room was clean, the amenities were proper, and the service was good. It's in an odd location, though, and the TV doesn't have even the most basic channels subscribed.

The complimentary breakfast was unhygienic, with dirty cutlery, so don't opt for it. Amenities and cleanliness were extremely bad too.
