I went to a wedding at Atrio Hotel by Devam, and the venue was beautiful. The event was managed flawlessly and the service was excellent. The food was outstanding, with everything from continental to Japanese cuisine tasting delicious. A very impressive wedding venue.

DO NOT BOOK! The room looked nothing like the pictures, which were false. I booked a one-night stay for my family visiting Delhi, and they had the most horrible experience. The room smelled bad, the sheets and pillow covers had stains, the toilets leaked, and the toilet paper was moldy. I was embarrassed when they sent me pictures showing the room's condition. So horrible!

The worst part was the washroom: there was no warm water, and the drainage was awful. Water spilled over from the sink area and wouldn't drain from the shower, leaving it on the floor most of the time. There were no grab rails for safety, so you really didn't feel like showering. The lighting was very dim, too. The ride to the hotel was bumpy, and the entrance area felt very dry. The rooms didn't have a good ambience and seemed poorly maintained, with spots and a faint odor. For a luxury hotel, I expected a better experience.

The road to the property was in extremely bad condition and full of dust. Staff weren't polite when talking to guests, and there was little professionalism at the hotel or restaurant, which had hardly any options. Roti cost 150 rupees, with GST and service charges on top. Avoid this place, especially for professionals or families. Our room faced debris and garbage, and basic things like a doormat and hot water weren't available. The pool was unavailable, despite this being called a resort, and we weren't told in advance. They charged more than 6,000 for such a useless stay.
