Aster Grand By Zenq Saket

I spent six nights at Aster Grand by Zenq and was thoroughly happy with my stay. The room and bathroom were neat and very clean, and housekeeping came regularly without fail. The staff were polite and courteous. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food, and breakfast had a decent spread. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms were kept very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping took care of them promptly. I also appreciated the warm help from the whole front desk team throughout my stay at Aster Grand ZENQ, Saket. Front Desk Manager Lalit was especially professional, helpful, and courteous. The service was fantastic, and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, definitely worth trying.

The one good thing here is the location, close to plenty of places to eat, though there's a lot of hustle and bustle around it. My stay was otherwise very disappointing. When I checked in and showed a copy of my passport, the receptionist was racist. At 8,500 rupees a night, I was willing to pay, but expected good wifi. The connection was worse than at a 1-star budget hotel, and I lost money because I couldn't do my job online. That felt unjust and far below the service I expected from a hotel like this. I'd never return. Save your money and go to Hilton, Svelte, or even Sheraton at Saket, all in a similar price range. Poor experience.

We held a birthday party at Aster Grand Hotel, and the newly renovated Ball room had just the right ambiance. Every guest loved the food, both its taste and the variety and quality. The staff were hospitable and attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The service was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a special celebration, highly recommended.
