SPOT ON 80075 Hotel Nandini

I was impressed that they fixed the TV as soon as I reported it, and the staff behaved decently and came when we called. That was the good part. The bed was too small, the pillows were so soft they felt empty, and the blanket smelled a bit bad. The room was too hot even without sunlight, and had just one small window facing the corridor, so we couldn't open it and keep our privacy. When I booked and paid 30% in advance, I was told the room came with a TV, Wi-Fi, and AC. But at the hotel the receptionist said he couldn't give us an AC room unless we paid another 500-600. Either the app or OYO policies are misleading, they attract customers with those promises, or the hotel is responsible for giving false information. I would have rated it zero, but gave the one star for the staff's decent behavior.
