Kmvn Tourist Rest House Bhimtal

We only stayed one night, and the lake was just a 3-4 minute walk away. I booked two rooms, and both the rooms and washrooms were clean. The food was wonderful, the property was well managed, and the people were very helpful with good service. I’d say it’s one of the better places to stay in Bhimtal.

The decks by the Taal were so romantic, and the garden and sitting area were nice too. Food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are airy, spacious, well furnished, and very well maintained. It’s undoubtedly one of the best KMVN properties, right on the bank of Bhimtal. We had a really great experience.

We came from Kota for a wedding, and the setting above the lake made our stay special. From up there, you get beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property was well maintained and relaxing, and the staff were helpful and gave very good service. It is a bit uphill, but that makes the location more scenic and worth it. A wonderful place to enjoy Bhimtal.

We had coffee and snacks at the hotel’s special viewpoint, with a clear view over the lake. The rooms were huge, neat, and equipped with all the facilities, including spacious bathrooms. It’s an easy walk to the main boating and shopping area, and it’s peaceful at night. The KVMN Tourist Rest house, Bhimtal sits opposite the main road at a beautiful vantage point overlooking Bhimtal lake. Staff were courteous and helpful. They even transferred our booking from KVMN Nainital to the Bhimtal unit without any fuss. They told us a little about the history of Bhimtal lake and town, as well as the legend of Bhimtal visiting the place. Hotel food was very tasty, mostly vegetarian, though non-veg can be made with advance notice.
