The team treated me like family, and I’ve really enjoyed my week here. The food and amenities were good, and the staff had a great attitude. OYO’s Delhi office team also gave me helpful, timely support online. I’m delighted with the hospitality and very satisfied with the OYO brand. The caretaker’s food was the one thing I appreciated. The stay itself left me very unhappy. Airbnb showed the property’s PIN code as 600129, but it was actually 600100, and the host didn’t send the correct location after I booked. I only got the address after messaging him; he then gave me the caretaker’s contact, and the caretaker sent it. I eventually found the place, but only after that trouble. The room air conditioners were very dirty, bathroom water often stopped running, and the TV didn’t work because its cables were broken.

The kitchen was very clean, the food was good, and the bathroom was hygienic. This feels more like a home or hostel than a hotel, with mostly men around, a cook, and courteous attendants. The place was cosy, tidy, and free of bugs. If you’ll arrive late and want food, let them know and they’ll take care of it. I’d suggest adding a few more TV channels.
