We're from SriLanka and stayed here for three days. The reception staff were especially kind to guests, and everyone was helpful with everything. We managed despite a few shortcomings. It would be great if they could serve morning tea to guests. Thank you.

The room was okay, clean and neat, and even the TV was fine. Everything else was good, but 1300 per night for a non-AC room is much too expensive.

They demanded money from us when we were checking out, and we still didn't get our 1500 back. It was a horrible experience in a new city, with so many problems, dirty rooms, and very rude, uncooperative staff. The bedsheet and pillow in my room were so dirty that I asked for a change, but staff said all the sheets were the same. They told me to change hotels if I didn't like the room.

The rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. It's directly opposite Egmore station. Don't put too much faith in the negative reviews.

The worst room stay of my life. All the employees, including reception, behaved rudely. Don't stay or book here.
