They have hot water and heaters, and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. There’s also a private campfire option just outside your room, which gives your group some privacy. The location is superb and very scenic.

The mountain view was the only remotely decent part. Everything else made this a complete waste of money. Water supply was unreliable, with hours of waiting, and there was no hot water. The rooms were very dirty, the amenities poor, and the toilets in terrible shape with constant leaks. Breakfast was low quality and served in tiny portions, not enough for one adult. The plates were shockingly dirty, with hair and a foul smell. Staff were very rude and irresponsible, and seemed not to care when we raised these problems. They said they didn’t have the budget to provide breakfast in good quantity or quality. This was the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Do not visit under any circumstances.

A pleasant morning here means mist and a beautiful sunrise. The rooms are budget friendly and about 12 km from Ooty, with no shops or hotels nearby. Breakfast is included, but dinner costs extra, though they do provide it. Service was good, and Mr. PRAVEEN looked after us humbly.

Sightseeing was the only good part. The food was average at best, and some rooms had no TV. The cottage rooms were in very poor condition and far below expectations. There was no Wi-Fi, the bedspread was dirty, and the tap leaked. We waited for hours for hot water. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, and this place needs serious improvement before I could recommend it.
