I have never had a hotel experience this awful. The owner quoted Rs.1500 plus 5% GST by phone, but when we arrived, the manager showed us a very poor room and asked for Rs.2000. It didn't seem worth even 1000, and the facilities were extremely limited. In cold Ooty, hot water is basic, yet it was available only from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with no heater or other way to get it outside those hours. The manager was rude and arrogant when we asked questions, and offered no service. The comforter and bedspread were stained and dusty. Despite asking several times, they were never changed. See the evidence photos and videos. This was especially difficult with children. The cold weather, lack of hot water, and dirty room made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable for a family. The room and service weren't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Be careful before booking. I feel these people are scammers and rude, and are taking our hard-earned money. I hope their behavior brings them physical and mental suffering soon. Very, very disgusting and rude. These people have no humanity. 😡🤬👺😡

The location near the bus stand is good, but the online photos don't show the rooms we were given. The budget rooms are far apart, and ours was dusty. There was no soap, and hot water was only available for 1.5 hours in the morning.

The room didn't have basic necessities. We lost a key and asked for a spare, since they had three sets. The room cost only 700, but they charged us 350 for the replacement key. They seem very money minded. Don't get scammed at this hotel.

I paid about 750 per day for a budget room, which felt like good value. It's centrally located by the bus stand and train station, and Thunder world and ooty lake are within walking distance.

The rooms are small, but they're okay 🙂. There's a pretty garden and a nice view of Ooty lake from the front.
