The washroom was a little dated and needs repairs, and there were no bathroom slippers. It did work, but at these prices I’d expect a clean, modern washroom. We booked a premium room online and got the same room shown in the photos, which was a plus. The rest was fine, and we had a decent stay. The hotel is only about a three-minute walk from NDLS station, so five stars for the location. The hospital staff were professional and friendly, and the food was great. Five stars for that too.

The lift wasn’t working, which made handling luggage a hassle. The rooms are old and basic, with no toiletries, proper service, or real amenities to speak of. Hotel Parkway Deluxe is right next to New Delhi Railway Station, Gate No. 2, and that’s its only real advantage. It’s very convenient if you just need somewhere to rest for a few hours before or after a train. Fine for a short budget stay, but don’t expect comfort or facilities. If you have time to check nearby options, you may find something better for the same price.

The location made getting around easy, and the property was well maintained. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Hotel Parkway Deluxe. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and helpful, responding quickly to my questions. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The area is quite congested, though Parkway is still in a good spot and transport is easy to find. It was a good, budget-friendly hotel, and the staff were very helpful. Hari Om Singh at the front desk was my favorite. He’s a gem, very polite and friendly, and understands guests well. No place is completely perfect, and this property has a few flaws, though I don’t know much about the star rating system. All in all, it’s a nice place.
