The customer support assistant did sort out the bathroom water issue after I called, but the water hadn't been running properly to begin with. When I checked in, the room and toilet were very dirty, and there were mosquitoes. The sheets and pillows were dirty too, which made the whole night feel awful. I regretted coming here.
The service was very poor, and the staff didn't seem capable or suited to looking after guests. I'd advise everyone not to book this hotel.
