The mattress was in such bad shape that it gave me serious back pain, and the staff were unprofessional and no help at all. My first room was freezing, with a dirty floor, no towels, and a TV that didn’t work. They charged me ₹200 for a tiny heater that didn’t work, then another ₹500 to change rooms, but the replacement was no better. I wish I could give zero stars.

The receptionist was really rude, and they don’t even provide printed bills. Breakfast with the room isn’t worth booking either, since the morning choices were only paratha and poha. It was a very bad experience.

The service was poor, and FabHotels customer support let me down too. The place looked nice, but there weren’t any towels or soap, and there was no hot water. Even the bucket and mug were dirty.

The food was great, and the staff were really polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The paper menu smelled disgusting. I also had two power cuts in my room, while the other rooms still had electricity. The first was around 1 am and the second around 3 am.
