FabHotel Nagpal Palace

We arrived at midnight after paying half in advance, but they made us pay the rest half by Paytm and half in cash, which just made things harder. The Sardarji at reception was drunk and misbehaving, and they didn’t give us a receipt for the room or hotel charges. The place was dirty and dingy, an old building with rotting furniture, and the management and service were terrible. Even the toiletries weren’t new, and the room was filthy. This used to be an Oyo, and there’s a reason it isn’t one anymore. Look at the lower ratings, since I think others have raised the same things. If you still book, check the room first and don’t pay in advance. Honestly, it’s not worth staying even half a day. Absolutely the worst.

I checked out just 6-7 hours after arriving. I’m a doctor and have stayed in all kinds of places, but this was my first and last time at a Fab hotel. The room, 301, was worn out and filthy, with very old furniture and blackish, dirty, torn sheets and chaddar that looked like they hadn’t been washed in a month. It faced the road, so it was far too noisy to have any peace. The room condition put me off ordering anything. To reach reception, you go up stairs that smelled awful and were very dirty, with lots of disease-causing flies around the desk. The receptionist behaved so badly that even an illiterate person could do a better job. I asked to see a room before checking in after being told only two were available, but they immediately refused. This Fab hotel made my experience hell. If you care about your customers, take these concerns seriously, refund my money, and rate this place below zero. I’ll wait for your reply. Booking id -GICDQM. I’d never recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. This place will ruin your stay. Please don’t go there, unless you’re brave enough to choose it anyway.

The staff were rude, and the hotel didn’t follow Fab hotels policy properly. I left from reception and wouldn’t go back. Save your time and money, avoid it at every cost. It used to be on Oyo and is now on Fab. Maybe Fab will delist it soon. Never use Fab. I mean it, never.

The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. Everything else was good, though washrooms should have wipers and toilet paper.
