Fabhotel Moro Rohini Sector 4

In over three years living in Delhi, I’ve never had an experience like this. Staff came to my door knowing I was alone in the room and asked if they could come in. This was traumatic, and I don’t feel this place is safe for women. I’m going to file a police complaint, and I won’t back down. Worst hotel ever.

Having complimentary parking was really convenient, and we had a brilliant time. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The owner was disrespectful and badmouthed people, and Anju at reception seemed to charge whatever amount came to mind. The prices for the same things kept changing. Fab hotels needs to review how its chain is operating. I’d never visit again.

There was no food during the day. They said the restaurant was open only from 10 PM to 5 AM, and the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke every time. The lift only went to the third floor even though the rooms were on the fourth. This doesn’t feel like a good place for families. Rooms were available for 1500 a night, but Fabhotels charged me 1800 after discounts. The Fabhotel executive said an extra mattress would cost 200-300, with 500 as the maximum, but reception asked for 800 per day. It’s also hard to reach, since the hotel isn’t on the road. I felt scammed staying at Fabhotels Moro.
