The staff were helpful and welcoming from check-in right through to leaving. I was travelling alone for work and had a really nice stay. The hotel is close to Karol Bagh metro station, in a busy but safe area. Thanks.

The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and toiletries were provided. It’s a budget hotel at 2400 per day, with breakfast included, and they safely held my luggage for 8 hours after checkout. The shopping area is nearby, as is karol bagh metro. A few things could be better. The bathroom is small and its lock didn’t work. They charged me for a water bottle I hadn’t ordered, but after about 5 minutes of discussion they agreed it had been tagged incorrectly. There’s also a 15 percent service charge on food.

There’s shopping all around, and the location is really good. The room needs renovation, though, since the pillows and bedsheets are very old.

They had tea bags and towels in the room, which was nice. The room was well maintained, and the staff were English friendly.

The suites were nice, and Surendra was very friendly. The food was okay, though not five star.
