Pals Inn

My first impression was completely wrong. The owner, front desk staff, porters, and room service were always ready to help, and everyone made my partner and me feel comfortable and at home. The service went well beyond what I expected. It’s listed as a 3 star, but I think it should be much higher. Thanks to everyone here. This will be my first choice whenever I visit Delhi.

There’s no parking at the hotel. For the hotel, I’d rate it 5 out of 10, so neither good nor bad.

I was alone and pretty stranded in Delhi after losing my passport, and Manager Arvinder Singh and his team made me feel safe and cared for. He let me extend my stay at short notice, helped with paperwork, authorities, logistics and transport, and lent me his computer. He was also emotional support. I’m so grateful, because without his help things would have been much harder. The food at Pals Inn is very good, and they can adapt it to your special requests. Despite all the odds, my time there was enjoyable and I learned so much. The kindness and hospitality left me with memories I’ll carry everywhere. I can’t thank Avinder Singh enough. May he, his family, and his work be blessed.

The bathing area was quite narrow, and the hotel is about 700m from Patel Nagar metro, off the main road, though that was still fine. The rooms had comfortable beds, and staff were friendly and helpful. They’re among the few hotels willing to serve food anytime, and made hot breakfast for me by 6:45am on request. When I came to check in around midnight, the receptionist greeted me by name before I introduced myself. Quite a smart guess!
