They shut the AC off at midnight, and it only comes back on if you complain. Only a small portion of the AC units in the hotel seem to work, and the lifts aren't working properly. The rooms are small and the rates are very high. I wouldn't stay here. The bed and blanket were dirty, with visible hair and food stains. No complimentary water was provided. Staff were rude, food and other items were priced at double when customers asked for them, and they still asked for tips. The vehicle they arranged also cost a lot.

The owner threatened us while we were there with women and family. The place doesn't feel safe for women, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. The AC didn't work properly and they turned it off, and there were no blankets or towels. When we complained, the owner and staff became rude and acted in a disgusting way. The people working there were some of the rudest I've encountered, and the owner was fraud-like and mannerless. Staying on a platform at Delhi railway station would be better than staying here. My worst hotel experience.

I was there for three nights, only sleeping at the hotel because I had meetings during the day. They never changed the bedsheets, and cleaning seemed to be neglected. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Although I booked an AC room, I couldn't control it. They switched it off at night and turned it on again in the morning, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. Find another hotel, even if it costs more, because the service here was worse.
