I stayed in the first week of November, and there was no hot water. Dust was everywhere, and the bathroom and toilet were badly maintained. I also found flies, mosquitoes, and rats in the room. Only the front desk man was around. He didn't know English and couldn't help with any problems I raised.
Fine for a quick stay if you're on a budget, and the staff are somewhat nice. There are plenty of better places available, though.
The room was dirty, there was no water, and the AC didn't work. I was disturbed in the room, and they kept bothering me about checking out.
The room didn't look like the one shown in the app. It was dirty, poorly lit, and had junk furniture. There were animal paw prints on the bedsheet, no taps, and rats running around.
It's a decent budget place. Use your common sense, and if you're good with comics, you'll find chemist shops all around nearby.
