I couldn’t rest properly because of construction noise in or near the room, and a fire sensor kept beeping throughout the day and night. The room also had very poor mobile reception, and the intercom didn’t work properly. There was no charging socket by the bed, either. When the power went out, backup took around 10 minutes to start, which is unacceptable in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was packed up before its official closing time. Staff later offered food in the room to make up for it, but the experience still fell short. Maintenance, guest comfort, and service management need serious improvement.

The location is excellent, just behind haldiram karol bagh and not a long walk from the metro. Rooms and bathrooms are good, service is great, and the price is affordable.

I only gave it 1/5 for the effort to send me overexposed photos to convince me the hotel was clean and up to the mark. I had little choice because most Delhi hotels in the area were sold out while I was visiting. The walls had fungus and moisture, and there were no windows in the rooms. Phone reception didn’t reach the rooms, and the mattresses were old and left my spine unsupported by the end of the day. Wi-Fi didn’t work, despite repeated claims from reception that it would be up in 10 minutes. Breakfast came on greasy plates with unhygienic, unclean spoons. For room cleaning, they just rearranged things instead of changing the linens. Choose wisely.

Krishna, who takes care of the place, was especially responsible. He helped us understand the area by answering all our queries and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The staff were supportive and very responsive, and it’s a really good hotel.

The hotel is pathetic, and the service is too. Dental kits weren’t available, the bathroom lock didn’t work, and the room door didn’t work properly either. Basic items should be available, but they weren’t. The towel was very rough.
