I booked through MakeMyTrip based on the listed amenities, trusting the platform to provide accurate information. I paid ₹12,000 for two nights, expecting things like a balcony, mini refrigerator, speakers, mineral water, and housekeeping. Instead, I got a basic room with no balcony, refrigerator, or speakers, and even basic items like a water bottle and washroom slippers were missing. When I raised it, the manager said the required room wasn’t available. If so, the booking shouldn’t have been confirmed with those specifications. I feel misled, overcharged, and cheated. Not recommended unless the hotel and booking platform are transparent about room availability and promised amenities.

The rooms are well managed, and the mattress is comfortable. Service is good, and the staff are very supportive. Good ratings and review overall.

The beds, tables, and room in general were very dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Service was terrible, and the whole stay was deeply disappointing. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, whether they’re travelling alone, with family, or with a spouse. Avoid it at all costs. 🙅♂️🤢👎🏽

The management staff seemed pretty incompetent, and on that particular day they couldn’t even provide room service. The hotel was under repairs.

We stayed for 5 nights, and my guest enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked their next stay. I was looking for comfortable rooms and a good location in Delhi for my guest. I first saw the hotel on Booking.com, where the reviews weren’t very encouraging, so I visited the property before booking. I’m glad I checked it out. It was well maintained, reasonably priced for what it offered, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Service exceeded expectations. My guest usually prefers The Surya, a 5-star hotel, but the comfort and amenities here seemed almost identical, even though this is a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient too. Amazing value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi who wants a budget-friendly place with the comforts of a higher-rated hotel.
