I was on the fourth floor, asleep around 2-3 am, when someone suddenly knocked on my room door. Staff said nobody was on that floor, but when we opened the door there was no one there. It happened several times, so we decided to go home. As we were leaving, we reached the stairs and the door to our room started closing by itself, as if someone was still inside. The staff wouldn't answer our calls. We kept knocking on their room for 15-20 minutes, and when they finally responded after 20 minutes, they spoke very rudely, opened the door, and told us to just leave. The place was pathetic. From the road, when we looked up at our floor one last time, someone was standing on our floor by room no.401. I suggest you don't go there if you want to stay alive.
The manager was good natured, and the hotel itself was good. But various services were suspended because of covid-19, so I can't really give a proper opinion.
They didn't have drinking water or towels, and the toilet was very dirty. The room hadn't been cleaned properly either. They also charged above the MPR for drinking water, Coke, food, and other items.
The rooms were next to an open sewage line, and the smell was unpleasant. There was no drinking water, the bathroom wasn't clean, and no water even came from the tap.
The rates are very low, and it's not bad overall. The washroom wasn't good, though, and the AC didn't work properly at first. It started working well after 2-3 hours.
