I spent a day at this hotel on 2nd February 2024 during a Delhi visit with my husband. It’s close to Malviya Nagar metro station, which was the one good thing about it. We had to change rooms after checking in because the flush didn’t work. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the staff member who brought us towels was extremely rude and moody. Breakfast wasn’t very good, and the ambience wasn’t great for families or married couples. It definitely wasn’t worth what we paid.

A decent option in South Delhi. The staff were polite, dedicated, and provided good service. The place was hygienic, with staff wearing masks and gloves. I'd recommend staying here to friends. Wishing the management all the best as they keep improving their hospitality.

The rooms were dark and small, and I found the place unsettling. There were little cockroaches when I walked in, and the blankets were very dirty. The sink had no cover, so small flies came in through the opening. Checkout is at noon. I left at 2 pm, and hotel staff came to pressure me into paying for another full day because of those two extra hours. Terrible hotel and manager.

The whole room smelled bad because of a washroom leak. Cockroaches were in both the room and bathroom, and the toilet flush didn't work. There was moss on the chair seats, and the menu was sticky and filthy. The rooms were pathetic.

The staff were really good, and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the tasty food too. I'd definitely recommend it for a solo stay.
