DS Rawat, the hotel manager, made communication easy for us since he speaks English, while most of the receptionists spoke Hindi. He treated guests like family and made our stay wonderful. We were there for three days, had a delicious breakfast, and found the rooms very clean. This was the best hotel in Delhi for me, and we’d come back when we visit again.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, though after my Agoda booking was already paid, I got a strange text saying there was still an amount due. I can’t comment on the food since I ate elsewhere, but the tea I ordered was milkier than I like. Parking on site is very limited, and street parking is at your own risk. The road noise from cars and bikes was noticeable in this residential area by a main road. It’s a budget stay, but I think there are better deals elsewhere, and I’m not sure whether renovations were going on. My first room was on a lower floor, with no TV and a broken chair, so they moved me. The replacement was a basic twin room with no tea or coffee setup. The linen had some stains, and the towels seemed freshly cleaned but not dry-cleaned. Staff were okay, though English seemed to be a problem. The hotel is highly rated, but I couldn’t see why it deserved a higher rating.

Good food and top-notch service. The location is very nice, and parking was easy to find. You can book through Treebo too.

The owner was polite and helpful, and the lift worked fine. The room itself was average, with very old furniture, damp walls, and a bad smell coming from the washroom.
