Even after paying more, I was given a tiny room that wasn’t worth the price. I had paid ₹709 online through the OYO app, but at the hotel they said the payment hadn’t come through and refused to check me in. The staff were rude and seemed focused on getting more money, so I had to pay another ₹500 in cash. That brought the total to ₹1,200, which was unfair and unacceptable. They told me not to book through OYO, which points to poor coordination and management. I got no proper support or refund. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and would warn others to be careful before booking.

Don’t be taken in by the photos on the profile. The room was dirty, and the bed was smelly and unclean. I wouldn’t visit.

The receptionists were okay, but the rest of the staff were useless, and they even stopped us from taking pictures, as if they wanted to hide the condition. The bathroom was so cramped you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. Walls were damp and stank enough to give us headaches, the bedding was stained, and the AC leaked everywhere. The rooms shown as spacious in the photos were actually cramped and filthy. Avoid this place.

They asked for a lot in extra charges on top of the booking, and the facilities weren’t there. I had to go to another room just to use a mirror, and needed another room to sleep in. The staff were very bad, and the stay was terrible and not worth the money. I’ll never book this hotel again.
