I paid a lot and expected a comfortable stay, but the hotel fell well short. Noise came through the thin walls all night, from slamming doors and rowdy guests, with staff also failing to keep things quiet. I couldn’t get a peaceful night’s sleep. The room smelled unpleasant throughout my stay. Its stained carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, and the bathroom had grime and mildew throughout. Housekeeping seemed to miss even basic cleaning. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and repeatedly unresponsive when I raised concerns or asked for help. The amenities also didn’t match what the website promised: Wi-Fi was so unreliable I could barely stay connected, the supposedly state-of-the-art gym was a small room with poorly equipped, malfunctioning machines, and the pool area had dirty water and broken lounge chairs. It felt like false advertising. From check-in to departure, I was frustrated and disappointed. Between the poor cleanliness, indifferent service, disappointing facilities, and constant noise, I don’t think this hotel cares about guest satisfaction. I’d advise people to book elsewhere.
