Fabhotel Moon Light

We paid in advance for a deluxe room, but were given a dirty room with grime everywhere. I called customer care several times and sent photos, but Fab offered no help at all. Pathetic service and support. I wouldn't trust them. They're unprofessional and not trustworthy.

One of the room doors had a handle that came right off when we entered. We had booked two rooms, and in one of them the bucket, toiletries, and cleaning we asked for never arrived. Water also wouldn't come through the bucket tap, so we had to get ready and leave early. Basic amenities and a few expected hotel services just weren't provided, which made for a bad stay. Things online looked much better than in person. I'd suggest visiting two or three hotels before paying in full, and I hope they improve.

The bed was broken, hair was on the sheets, and spilled tea sat on the table with nobody around to clean it. The room was filthy, and the bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps, no bucket, a geyser that didn't work, and a door that wouldn't lock from inside. The manager didn't seem bothered. When we raised all this, they agreed and told us to write a bad review. Cheap, awful place, and not one I'd visit with family. We only picked it because it was near the metro. Worst decision.

I booked rooms for my employees, and it turned into a horrible experience. The day manager was good, but the other staff didn't seem to care about customers and were very rude. There was no water for a morning bath, and both the room condition and service were third-rate. This is a very poor hotel. I wouldn't advise staying here.
