We loved staying at the Meridian Plaza and will absolutely come back. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was nice, not far from the airport and major sights, with easy ways to get around. The food was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and not too spicy. Room service was very nice, too. I'd booked the wrong date, but Manager Mr. Gajendra Panchal moved mountains to make sure we could stay that night anyway. He and all his staff went out of their way to make the visit a great experience. Indian hospitality at its best!

The reception team were especially helpful and courteous, and their warmth and professionalism stood out. Everyone was attentive and very focused on service, which made my stay at Meridian Hotel smooth and comfortable. I had a very pleasant visit.

Hotel Meridian Plaza was clean and comfortable, with a warm, welcoming feel. Mr. Vinod was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and his professionalism made the stay even better. I had a wonderful visit, highly recommend it, and look forward to coming back.

The first time we stayed, the staff were friendly, but the hotel wasn't comfortable. Noise went on all night, with people walking in the corridors, singing, and slamming doors again and again. Our second stay had a better atmosphere, so we've updated the review.

Big no. I give them 0 stars. Never go here. Worst experience ever. They charged Rs 4000 more than the website. If you say you'll book online, they reserve all the rooms and show them as sold out, so you end up calling to book directly. The online price is around 3000, and they force you to book breakfast too. They provide no toothbrush or shampoo, even when you ask. For two adults, they gave us just one toothbrush. They charged 3000 for food that was dropped on the bedsheet, even though I've been a regular visitor. The staff are rude. Beware.
