The Wi-Fi kept dropping every few minutes, and the air conditioner barely worked. There was leakage in the bathroom too. When I called reception for help, staff either ignored me or were rude. The room was filthy, with stained bedsheets, dusty surfaces and a bad smell that never went away. From check-in onward, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

I stayed for 5 day and didn't feel like I was in a hotel, more like I was away from home. The staff were active and behaved well. It has the facilities you need when staying away from home, and it's good value for money. I highly recommend it.

The TV wasn't working in any of the rooms. The room has an old feel and needs some repairs, but the room and service were good otherwise. Staff were responsive and came whenever I called.

The hotel felt busy, and the common areas could get noisy. The lounge was okay, though sometimes cluttered. Staff were polite, check-in was quick, and they were attentive. The rooms were organized, but some fixtures felt dated. Support answered questions, but took a while to fix problems. It's thik thak for travelers, though maintenance needs work. It's alright, but I'd think twice about staying again.
