The breakfast was delicious, and the place itself was clean and neat. Manager Jantis Kumar was especially helpful with reservations and administration. Even with all my requests, he was more than willing to help our team. He was informative and kind, and his manner was spot on. Strongly recommended!

Our overnight stay was very satisfying, and the staff were courteous and eager to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with Japanese signage. It's better to keep the window closed, since the view outside isn't very pleasing. Getting there from New Delhi airport Terminal 3 was easy, about 15 minutes by taxi at 22:30 hrs, with thankfully no traffic jams on Mahipalpur main road. The location itself isn't very good: it's away from the main road on a not-so-clean street. Breakfast was included and mainly Japanese food. We were served toast, jam, butter, regular freshly made chai, and aloo parantha on request. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel was spotless, well managed, and really comfortable, and I had an amazing stay. Manager Jatin went above and beyond. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail stood out and made the experience feel perfect. Highly recommend!
