I stayed one day and had the worst hotel experience. The bathroom smelled bad because sewage was flowing outside, and they didn’t give us fresh, dry towels the next day. The lady manager was rude and unprofessional, insulted us, and wouldn’t cooperate. I complained to OYO about the problems, but they never helped. There are better options, so please avoid booking here.
The room was dirty everywhere, from the bedsheet and bathroom to the floor and walls. Water and towels weren’t available. The receptionist and her senior were both very rude and unprofessional. They said, “This is a dharmshala, this is what you get.”
The service was awful, and the staff behavior was especially bad. They take advantage when you’re in a difficult situation. I suggest avoiding hotels like this.
The washrooms were dingy, there was no sanitization, and the geyser didn’t work. GPS also had trouble locating this OYO flagship. The concerned authorities should look into it.
